3. Financial information entered by users

Luna stores the financial information you choose to give it, such as expenses, income, budgets, categories and recurring payments.

This information is entered by you. Luna does not connect to bank accounts to import transactions automatically.

4. WhatsApp messages

If you interact with Luna through WhatsApp, the content of your messages to Luna is processed so Luna can understand and respond to your request, and to record the information in your personal dashboard.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party and its own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that platform.

5. AI processing

Luna uses artificial intelligence to interpret natural-language messages, such as identifying an amount, a category or a budget instruction.

Message content may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf for the purpose of delivering the service.
