1. Service description

Luna Life Admin (“Luna”) is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps individuals organise personal information, with an initial focus on personal finance: expenses, income, budgets and recurring payments.

Luna is currently in development and is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Luna lawfully and not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

You may not use Luna to process personal data of other people without a lawful basis to do so.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

The information you record in Luna is your responsibility; you should verify that it is accurate.

4. Subscription terms

Luna is planned to be offered as a paid subscription. The planned launch price is €9.99 per month and may change before launch.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewal and cancellation conditions will be presented at the point of purchase when subscriptions become available.

5. Limitations of the service

Luna interprets natural language and may occasionally misunderstand a message or categorise information incorrectly. You should review the information recorded in your dashboard.

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, development or reasons beyond our control.

6. No financial, tax or investment advice

Luna is designed to help you organise and understand your personal finances. It does not provide regulated financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing produced by Luna should be treated as such advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

7. Intellectual property

Luna Life Admin, including its software, brand, design and content, is owned by its operators and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of the content and information you enter into the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Luna and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required for legal or security reasons.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luna is provided “as is” and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
